Guest document registration through the Guest Portal is mandatory before access instructions can be received. Registration instructions are sent seven days before arrival. Check-in is from 15:00 to 21:30; check-out is by 10:00. Air conditioning and heating are subject to Italian regulations: summer average indoor air temperature must not fall below 26°C, and winter weighted average indoor air temperature must not exceed 19°C. For Perugia climate zone E, heating is limited to 13 hours daily from October 22 to April 7. Non-refundable reservations receive no refund for cancellation, changes or no-show. Standard reservations allow free cancellation until seven days before check-in; after that deadline, cancellation, changes or no-show receive no refund.
Getting there
The apartment is on the first floor with an elevator but is not suitable for guests with disabilities. It is outside the restricted traffic zone and can be reached by car. The Minimetro is 75 metres away, approximately a one-minute walk, with a roughly 10-minute ride to the historic center. Perugia Fontivegge railway station is 500 metres away. Airport bus AIRLK1 stops at Fontivegge Fs, 500 metres from the apartment.
