The house

The apartment occupies the first floor of a modern building with an elevator in a fenced residential complex with concierge service. The complex comprises four 11-story towers and has surveillance cameras. The apartment is not suitable for guests with disabilities.

The living room has a double sofa bed, dining table and 43-inch TV. The kitchenette includes an induction hob, refrigerator, freezer, moka coffee maker, dishwasher, oven and microwave. The first bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers; the second has a small double bed, wardrobe and desk. One bathroom has a whirlpool bathtub, basin, bidet and toilet; the other has a shower, basin, bidet and toilet. One balcony is accessible from both bedrooms, while the living-room balcony has an outdoor dining table and chairs.

Facilities include unlimited Wi-Fi, central air conditioning, independent heating, sound-insulating windows, a washer-dryer, hairdryer, drying rack, iron and ironing board. Bed linen, kitchenware, a fire extinguisher and a carbon monoxide detector are provided. Free shared outdoor parking accommodates SUVs.

The Minimetro is 75 metres away, about a one-minute walk, and reaches the historic center in approximately 10 minutes. Perugia railway station is 500 metres away. A supermarket, bar and pharmacy are within 450 metres. Guest assistance is available for requests and unexpected issues.
