Check-in is 14:00–21:00. Late check-in from 21:00 to 01:30 costs €40,00, requires advance agreement and uses independent keybox entry. Document registration through the Guest Portal is required for identity verification and reporting to Alloggiati Web; instructions are sent seven days before arrival. Heating and air-conditioning operation is subject to Italian regulations: summer average indoor air temperature must not be below 26°C; winter weighted average must not exceed 19°C. For Lucca’s climate zone D, heating is limited to 11 hours daily from 8 November to 7 April. Non-refundable bookings receive no refund for cancellation, modification or no-show. Standard bookings allow free cancellation until seven days before check-in; after that deadline, cancellation, modification or no-show receives no refund.

Getting there

The apartment is on the ground floor of a building without a lift, inside Lucca’s restricted-traffic zone (ZTL). Bedroom 1 has a curtain instead of a door. Air conditioning is limited to the kitchen. Off-site parking options include Parcheggio Carducci, open 24 hours, 2.4 km away at €8,00 per day; Piazza San Ponziano parking, 450 m away, at €1,50 for the first hour and €2,00 per hour thereafter; and free unguarded parking 1.7 km away. Lucca railway station is approximately 13 minutes away on foot. From Pisa Airport, take PISAMOVER to Pisa Centrale and a regional train to Lucca, or a bus to S.Nicolao, a 54-minute journey costing €2,00 each way; the stop is a one-minute walk from the apartment.
