The house

The home-automation-equipped apartment faces Via del Fosso and has two bedrooms, a kitchen, one bathroom and a small internal courtyard with chairs. The building has no lift.

Bedroom 1 has a double bed, a small sofa, a desk with a chair and a chest of drawers. It closes with a curtain rather than a door. Bedroom 2 has three single beds and a wardrobe. The bathroom has a shower, bidet and toilet.

The kitchen has a four-burner gas hob, dining table and chairs, refrigerator with freezer, moka coffee maker, microwave, toaster, small television, washing machine and access to the internal courtyard. Air conditioning is available only in the kitchen. Unlimited Wi-Fi, independent heating, bed linen, hot water, dishes and cutlery, an iron and ironing board, drying rack and hairdryer are provided.

Shops, restaurants, bars and public transport stops are nearby. Guinigi Tower is a five-minute walk away, Piazza dell’Anfiteatro six minutes, and San Martino Cathedral eight minutes. Palazzo Pfanner, San Michele in Foro and Torre delle Ore are a 13-minute walk away.

Check-in is from 14:00 to 21:00 and checkout is at 11:00. Late check-in from 21:00 to 01:30 costs €40,00 and must be arranged in advance; late arrivals enter independently using an on-site keybox. Document-registration instructions are sent through the Guest Portal seven days before arrival.
