Complete guest registration to receive access instructions and enter the apartment. Instructions for registering documents through the Guest Portal and paying tourist tax are sent seven days before arrival; registration supports the required Italian guest reporting process. Self check-in is from 15:00 to 23:00, and remote assistance for automated check-in is available until 23:00. Check-out is at 10:00. Air-conditioning and heating operation is subject to Italian regulations: average summer indoor temperature must not be below 26°C, and the weighted average winter temperature must not exceed 19°C. Taormina is in climate zone B, with heating permitted for seven hours daily from 8 December to 23 March. Under the non-refundable rate, cancellation, changes and no-shows receive no refund. Under the standard rate, cancellation is free until seven days before check-in; after that deadline, cancellation, changes and no-shows receive no refund.

Getting there

Access includes an approximately 60-metre downhill pedestrian approach after the building entrance gate, followed by steps to the first-floor apartment; there is no lift. A car is recommended, not required. Parking is not included; paid parking is available nearby, with Parcheggio Lumbi the nearest public car park. The Ancient Theatre, cathedral and Corso Umberto are approximately a 15-minute walk away. Taormina station is 5 km away, Messina Centrale station 55 km and Catania Fontanarossa Airport 70 km.
