The house

The apartment has a living room with a dining table, sofa and TV, plus a separate kitchen with a table, induction hob, refrigerator/freezer, oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, wine glasses and cooking utensils.

Bedroom 1 has a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and TV. Bedroom 2 has two single beds, including one pull-out bed, a wardrobe, chest of drawers and dressing table. Bedroom 3 has two single beds, including one pull-out bed, a wardrobe and desk. One bathroom has a bathtub, basin, WC and bidet; the other has a shower enclosure, basin and WC, without a bidet.

The sea-view balcony is accessible from the kitchen and double bedroom and has small tables, armchairs and outdoor chairs. Unlimited Wi-Fi and hot/cold air-conditioning splits are available throughout the apartment except in the bathrooms. There is a washing machine in the kitchen, an iron and ironing board, a drying rack and a hairdryer. Bed linen and towels are provided.

The apartment is near central Taormina in an area with services. The Ancient Theatre, cathedral and Corso Umberto are approximately a 15-minute walk away. Access includes a roughly 60-metre downhill pedestrian approach after the building gate and steps to the first floor, with no lift. A car is recommended for reaching the apartment and exploring the area; parking is not included, but paid parking is available nearby.

Self check-in is available from 15:00 to 23:00, with remote assistance until 23:00. Guest registration is mandatory before access instructions can be received. Check-out is at 10:00.
