The house

The first-floor apartment overlooks a quiet, sheltered internal courtyard and is exclusively for guests, with no spaces shared with the host or other tenants. Access is by stairs, without an elevator.

The living room has a sofa bed, wardrobe, dining table, split air conditioning and access to a balcony furnished with a small table, chairs and parasol. The bedroom has a double bed, bedside table and clothes rail. The bathroom includes a washbasin, toilet, bidet and raised shower enclosure.

The kitchenette has an induction hob, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine, dishwasher, kettle, oven, microwave, cooking utensils and wine glasses. A water purifier is available. Other facilities include unlimited Wi-Fi, independent heating, a washing machine, portable fans, an iron, drying rack, hairdryer and TV. A cot, baby bouncer and high chair are available.

The surrounding historic district has canals, small bridges and squares, with bars, supermarkets, restaurants and pharmacies nearby. Mercato Centrale is seven minutes away on foot and Quattro Mori is ten minutes away on foot. Terrazza Mascagni and the aquarium are each 18 minutes away by public transport. The Livorno team arranges arrival and meets guests at the apartment for key handover, with assistance available before and during the stay.
