House rules
Guests must sort and dispose of rubbish according to the times, locations and instructions provided at check-in. Incorrect sorting or disposal incurs a penalty of 50.00 euro, charged at checkout. Instructions for document registration through the Guest Portal and payment of tourist tax are sent seven days before arrival. Air-conditioning and heating use must comply with Italian regulation DPR 16/04/2013 no. 74: summer average indoor air temperature must not be below 26°C, and the winter weighted average must not exceed 20°C. Late arrival requires advance agreement with the property and a surcharge. Non-refundable bookings receive no refund for cancellation, modification or no-show. Standard bookings allow free cancellation until seven days before check-in; after that, cancellation, modification or no-show receives no refund.
Getting there
The apartment is on the second and top floor with no elevator. Trieste Airport is 65 km away, approximately 48 minutes by taxi or car; Venice Airport is 95 km away, approximately 1 hour 15 minutes by taxi or car. From Latisana-Lignano-Bibione railway station, walk 10 minutes to LATISANA via Beorchia bus station and take bus 500 or 501 to LIGNANO via Amaranto bus station, a three-minute walk from the apartment.
