The house

The apartment occupies the second and top floor of a building without an elevator. The bedroom has one double bed, one single bed, a wardrobe, a ceiling fan and one air-conditioning unit. It opens onto a balcony furnished with a small table and two chairs.

The kitchenette includes a Nespresso coffee machine, electric kettle, microwave, refrigerator, dishes and cutlery, a dining table seating four and a 25-inch television. The bathroom has a shower cubicle, bidet, washbasin, washing machine and hairdryer. Bed linen, hot water, an iron and a drying rack are provided. Wi-Fi has a 200 GB monthly allowance.

The apartment is conveniently located for the town centre and beach. Free street parking is possible along the right-hand side of the street. Pizzeria/Ristorante Al Parco is a two-minute walk away, Bar Il Gambero five minutes and Eurospar six minutes.
