Separate waste daily and put the bins outside on the scheduled collection days. Collection is door-to-door; only small quantities of already separated waste may remain indoors. Failure to follow local waste regulations incurs a penalty of Euro 150,00. Instructions for document registration through the Guest Portal and payment of the tourist tax are sent seven days before arrival. Completing registration and paying the tourist tax are mandatory before receiving access instructions. Self check-in is used; remote assistance for self check-in problems is available until 21:00. Use of extra linen without prior agreement is charged at €20 per linen kit used. Air conditioning and heating must comply with Italian regulations: summer average indoor temperatures must not be below 26°C; winter weighted average indoor temperatures must not exceed 19°C. For Olbia climate zone C, heating operation is limited to nine hours daily from 22 November to 23 March. Non-refundable bookings receive no refund for cancellation, modification or no-show. Standard bookings allow free cancellation until seven days before check-in; after that deadline, cancellation, modification or no-show receives no refund.

Getting there

There is one step at the entrance; the apartment is on the ground floor and there is no elevator. Lo Squalo Beach is 16 minutes away by car; Pittulongu Beach is 18 minutes away by car. From Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport, the journey is approximately 35 minutes by bus: take bus 02 to Necropoli San Simplicio, then bus 01 to Via De Sanctis, 550 metres from the property. The airport journey takes approximately 10 minutes by car or taxi. From Olbia railway station, the journey is approximately 20 minutes on bus 01 from Via Vittorio Veneto to Via Masaccio, 600 metres from the property.
