The house

The apartment has a living room with a sofa, flat-screen smart TV and dining table, two double bedrooms, and a bathroom with a bathtub, washbasin, bidet and toilet. The first bedroom has a chest of drawers and wardrobe; the second has a wardrobe. A spacious veranda has a gazebo and dining table.

The kitchenette includes a gas hob, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, toaster, kettle, moka coffee maker, wine glasses, crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. Split air conditioning serves the living room and both bedrooms. Unlimited Wi-Fi, a washing machine, iron and ironing board, drying rack, hairdryer and mosquito screens are provided. Bed linen, towels, hot water, a fire extinguisher and a carbon monoxide detector are available. A cot can be requested, subject to availability.

One free assigned uncovered parking space is designated for Apartment 2. Restaurants, bars and a supermarket are nearby. Lo Squalo Beach is 16 minutes away by car and Pittulongu Beach is 18 minutes away by car. Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport is approximately 10 minutes away by car or taxi.

Arrival uses self check-in, with remote assistance available until 21:00. Registration and payment of the tourist tax are required before access instructions can be received.
