House rules
Access to the ground-floor room is prohibited. Small pets are permitted only with prior approval and an additional charge. A mandatory EUR 300 security deposit is requested through the Guest Portal and returned within 14 days after check-out. Instructions for document registration and tourist-tax payment through the Guest Portal are sent seven days before arrival. Air conditioning and heating must comply with Italian regulations: average indoor air temperature must not be below 26°C in summer, and the weighted average must not exceed 20°C in winter. Non-refundable bookings receive no refund for cancellation, modification or no-show. Standard bookings allow free cancellation until seven days before check-in; after that, cancellation, modification or no-show receives no refund.
Getting there
The apartment spans the first through third floors, with stairs and no elevator. Take particular care when travelling with children. Both bathrooms have raised shower enclosures. Riomaggiore Beach is five minutes away on foot. The walk from Riomaggiore station takes approximately four minutes and is uphill. The house cannot be reached by car; paid parking is available in a garage near the village, but spaces are not guaranteed.
