The house

The apartment occupies the first through third floors, without an elevator. The first and second floors each have a bedroom with one double bed and a wardrobe, plus a bathroom with a raised shower enclosure, washbasin, bidet and toilet.

On the third floor, the eat-in kitchen has a gas hob, refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, moka coffee pot, toaster, wine glasses and cooking utensils. This floor also has a dining table, sofa and flat-screen TV. The terrace has sea views, a table and chairs.

Facilities include unlimited Wi-Fi, air conditioning, fans, independent heating on all three floors, a washing machine, iron and ironing board, drying rack and hairdryer. Bed linen, essentials, hot water, a private entrance, fire extinguisher and carbon monoxide detector are provided.

Riomaggiore Beach is five minutes away on foot. Riomaggiore station is approximately four minutes away on foot, with an uphill approach to the apartment. Regional trains connect the five Cinque Terre villages, and a minibus serves the Marina. Pisa Airport is approximately 98 km away, around one hour and twenty minutes by car; public transport connections run via Pisamover, Pisa station and La Spezia Centrale.
