The apartment is not suitable for children. Guest registration is mandatory before access instructions can be issued. Instructions for registering identity documents through the Guest Portal and paying tourist tax are sent seven days before arrival. For Airbnb bookings, Airbnb collects tourist tax automatically; Catania residents and guests with children under 16 should request the applicable exemption through Airbnb. Incorrect waste disposal incurs a EUR 150 penalty; disposal instructions are provided at check-in. Air conditioning and heating must comply with Italian regulations: average indoor summer air temperature must not be below 26°C, and the winter weighted average must not exceed 19°C. Catania is climate zone B, with heating permitted for seven hours daily from 8 December to 23 March. Non-refundable bookings receive no refund for cancellation, modification or no-show. Standard bookings allow free cancellation until seven days before check-in; after that deadline, cancellation, modification or no-show receives no refund.

Getting there

The ground-floor entrance has one exterior step and two interior steps. The apartment is not suitable for children. There is no private parking; paid parking is available nearby. From Catania Fontanarossa Airport, take Alibus towards Giovanni XXIII Stazione Centrale to Stazione Centrale, then bus 423 towards Centro Commerciale (2) to Borsellino, followed by approximately seven minutes on foot. From Catania Centrale railway station, take bus 927 towards Zona Industriale Strada 8 Gorgone to Borsellino, followed by approximately seven minutes on foot.
