The house

The street-facing apartment has a living room with a kitchenette, a double bedroom and one bathroom. The living room contains a sofa bed, dining table and flat-screen TV. The kitchenette has an induction hob, refrigerator, electric oven, kettle, wine glasses, dishes, cutlery and cooking utensils. The bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe and flat-screen TV. The bathroom contains a shower cubicle, toilet, bidet and washbasin.

Facilities include unlimited Wi-Fi, a ductless air-conditioning split in the living room, bed linen, towels, hot water, a hairdryer, iron, ironing board and drying rack. There is a private entrance and a fire extinguisher. An exterior security camera at the upper right of the entrance door covers the space in front of the apartment.

Castello Ursino is a two-minute walk away; Catania Cathedral and the ancient Greek-Roman theatre are three minutes away on foot. A Piscaria fish market, Piazza Università and Via Etnea are five-minute walks away. Teatro Massimo Vincenzo Bellini is a ten-minute walk away, and Villa Bellini is fifteen minutes away on foot.

Arrival uses automated access, with mandatory advance guest registration. The apartment is not suitable for children. Entrance steps prevent step-free access, and paid parking is available nearby rather than privately at the property.
