Document registration through the Guest Portal and payment of the tourist tax are mandatory before access instructions can be issued. Instructions for completing these steps are sent seven days before arrival. Communicate your arrival time in advance; late check-in requires host approval, and arrival after 01:30 is not possible. Air-conditioning and heating use must comply with Italian regulations. The summer average indoor temperature must not be below 26°C; the winter weighted average must not exceed 19°C. For Perugia climate zone E, heating is limited to 13 hours daily from 22 October to 7 April. For a non-refundable reservation, cancellation, modification or no-show receives no refund. Standard reservations allow free cancellation until seven days before check-in; after that deadline, cancellation, modification or no-show receives no refund.
Getting there
Stairs are required to reach the first-floor apartment; there is no lift. A car is recommended for access and exploring the area. Perugia and Umbria Airport are each 14 km away. Parking is limited to one reserved uncovered space.
