The house

The apartment has a living room with a dining table, double sofa bed and TV, a bedroom with a double bed and chest of drawers, and a bathroom with a shower, washbasin, toilet and bidet. The kitchenette includes an electric hob, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, wine glasses and cooking utensils. Bed linen, towels and a hairdryer are provided.

Unlimited Wi-Fi, independent heating and air-conditioning units in both the bedroom and living room are available. One reserved, uncovered parking space is free of charge.

Shared facilities include a garden with relaxation areas and barbecue, and a pool with loungers, tables and parasols. The pool opens from 15 May to 15 October, between 08:00 and 22:00. A shared laundry area has a washing machine, dryer, iron, ironing board and drying rack.

The apartment is on the first floor, reached by stairs; there is no lift. A car is recommended for reaching the property and exploring the surrounding area. Perugia and Umbria Airport are each 14 km away.
