The house

The entire first-floor apartment is for guests’ exclusive use, with no spaces shared with the host or other tenants. The building has no elevator.

The living room has a double sofa bed, split air conditioning, a dining table and TV. A separate dining room has another dining table, TV and a ceiling fan. The kitchen includes a gas hob, refrigerator, coffee machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, cookware, tableware and wine glasses.

Bedroom 1 has a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and split air conditioning. Bedroom 2 has two single beds, a wardrobe, desk and ceiling fan. The bathroom has a shower, basin, bidet and toilet. Two travel cots are available.

Facilities include unlimited Wi-Fi, independent heating, a washing machine, drying rack, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, bed linen and towels. The apartment is laid out on one level.

The surrounding historic Via Garibaldi area has shops, cafés, restaurants and bars, with essential services reachable on foot and local public transport connections. Nearby sights include the Cathedral of Sant’Agata, Piazza del Duomo and the fish market.
