Instructions for registering guest documents through the Guest Portal and paying tourist tax are sent seven days before arrival. Tourist tax is EUR 1.50 per person per night; children under 14 are exempt. Guest registration information is transmitted to the Italian police through Alloggiati Web. Late check-in requires prior agreement and a surcharge. Heating is subject to Italian regulations: the winter weighted average indoor temperature must not exceed 19°C; for Pesaro's climate zone E, heating is limited to 13 hours daily from 22 October to 7 April. Non-refundable bookings receive no refund for cancellation, modification or no-show. Standard bookings permit free cancellation until seven days before check-in; after that deadline, cancellation, modification or no-show receives no refund.
Getting there
Two steps are required to enter the ground-floor apartment; there is no elevator. Pesaro's beaches are a seven-minute drive away. The historic center is 1.5 km away, a 23-minute walk or 13 minutes by public transport. Flaminia Volta bus stop is 350 metres away. Free street parking is not guaranteed.
