The house

The apartment has one bedroom with a double bed and wardrobe, a living room with a small sofa and dining table with chairs, a kitchenette, and one bathroom with a shower enclosure, bidet and toilet. Two steps lead into the apartment.

The kitchenette includes a gas hob, oven, refrigerator, freezer, moka coffee maker, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, cooking utensils, dishes, cutlery and wine glasses. Facilities include unlimited Wi-Fi, independent heating, sound-insulated windows, bed linen, hot water, a hairdryer, iron and ironing board, and a drying rack. A fire extinguisher and carbon monoxide detector are provided.

Shops, cafés, a supermarket and a pharmacy are within 500 metres. Pesaro's historic center is 1.5 km away, reachable in a 23-minute walk or 13 minutes by public transport; a bus stop is a four-minute walk away. The beaches of Pesaro are a seven-minute drive away, and cycle paths provide access toward the historic center and southern beaches. Fano is 11.2 km away, Riccione 25.3 km and Urbino 35 km.

From Ancona Airport, take bus C to Falconara Marittima station, a regional train to Pesaro, then bus 50 to Flaminia Volta, 350 metres from the apartment. From Pesaro station, bus 60 serves the same stop. Street parking is free in white-marked spaces, subject to availability, or paid in blue-marked spaces.

Guest document registration through the Guest Portal is required. Tourist tax is EUR 1.50 per person per night; children under 14 are exempt. Late arrivals require prior agreement.
