The house

The studio has one open-plan room divided into a sleeping area with one sofa bed and a TV, and a living area with a gas hob, conventional oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer and kettle. The bathroom has a bidet and shower enclosure.

Facilities include Wi-Fi, two fans, independent heating, a washing machine, towels, a hairdryer and cable TV. Bicycles can be parked in the communal garden.

A bar, pharmacy and small supermarket are nearby; shops, bars and fast-food outlets are 150 m away. Como Lago station has direct connections to Milano Cadorna. Malpensa Airport can be reached using the Malpensa Express with a change at Saronno for regional trains to Como Lago. Malpensa Airport is 50 km away and Chiasso is 7 km away.

Cars cannot reach the apartment directly. Free public parking on Via Prudenziana is approximately 300 m away and is not guaranteed. Access is via steps from Via Prudenziana or an uphill path from the Salita Quarcino gate.
