Guest registration and tourist-tax payment instructions are sent through the Guest Portal seven days before arrival. Tell the key holder your expected arrival time in advance. Arrival may be in person or by self check-in, with the method selected by the operations team and communicated before arrival. In-person late arrival after 21:00 carries an additional charge. Air conditioning and heating are subject to Italian regulations: summer average indoor air temperature must not be below 26°C, and the winter weighted average must not exceed 19°C. Parma is in climate zone E, with heating operation stated as up to 13 hours daily from 22 October to 7 April. Non-refundable bookings receive no refund for cancellation, changes or no-show. Standard bookings allow free cancellation until seven days before check-in; thereafter cancellation, changes or no-show receive no refund.

Getting there

Parma railway station is approximately 15 minutes away on foot. The Parma A1 motorway exit is about 10 minutes away. From Parma Airport, the journey takes approximately 35 minutes using bus 6 to the railway station followed by a 15-minute walk, or approximately five minutes by car. Street parking is not guaranteed.
