The house

The first-floor apartment is served by a lift and has a living room with kitchenette, a separate sleeping room, a bathroom and a balcony furnished with a small table and chairs. The living room includes a dining table, TV and a small-double sofa bed.

The kitchenette includes an induction hob, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, moka coffee maker, kettle, wine glasses and cooking utensils. The bathroom has a shower enclosure, bidet, toilet and washbasin.

Unlimited Wi-Fi, corridor air conditioning, a fan, radiator and split-system heating, a washing machine, drying rack, hairdryer, iron and ironing board are available. Bed linen, towels, hangers, hot water, a fire extinguisher and a carbon monoxide detector are provided. There are no architectural barriers to entering the apartment, and an accessible parking space is available outside the gate.

Parma railway station is about 15 minutes away on foot. Nearby services include supermarkets, bars and restaurants. Free street parking is available outside the building, with paid blue-line spaces as an alternative; parking is not guaranteed.
