House rules
Sort and dispose of waste daily, placing collection containers outside on the scheduled collection days. Door-to-door collection operates locally; there are no municipal bins or recycling collection points, so only small quantities of already sorted waste may remain indoors. Failure to comply with local waste rules incurs a penalty of Euro 150,00. Instructions for document registration through the Guest Portal and tourist-tax payment are sent seven days before arrival. Completing registration and paying the tourist tax are mandatory to receive access instructions and enter the apartment. Self check-in is used; remote assistance is available until 21:00. Using extra linen without prior agreement incurs a charge of EUR 20 per linen kit used. For the non-refundable booking option, cancellation, modification or no-show receives no refund. For the standard booking option, cancellation is free until seven days before check-in; after that deadline, cancellation, modification or no-show receives no refund.
Getting there
The first-floor apartment requires climbing steps; there is no elevator. A car is recommended for reaching the apartment and exploring the area. One reserved uncovered parking space accommodates large vehicles. Olbia Airport is 17 km away; Olbia port is 16 km away.
