The house

The first-floor apartment has two bedrooms, one bathroom, a living room with a kitchenette, and a veranda. The living room contains a dining table, two sofa beds and a TV. One bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers; the other has a single bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. The bathroom has a shower cubicle, washbasin, WC and bidet. The veranda is accessible from the living room and single bedroom and has an outdoor dining table.

The kitchenette includes an induction hob, refrigerator with ice maker, freezer, dishwasher, moka coffee pot, wine glasses, dishes and cooking utensils. A washing machine is in the bathroom; an iron, ironing board, drying rack, hairdryer, bed linen and towels are provided. A cot is available on request, subject to availability. A fire extinguisher is available.

There is one reserved uncovered parking space suitable for large vehicles. The shared pool is accessible from June 1 to September 30, daily from 09:30–13:00 and 15:00–19:00. Lifeguard service runs from June 15 to September 15.

Residence Aldiola is in Porto Rotondo, in the municipality of Olbia in northeastern Sardinia. Local places to explore include Spiaggia Ira, Spiaggia dei Sassi, Piazzetta San Marco, the Church of San Lorenzo and the marina. Ristorante Bambusa and Supermarket Nonna Isa are each a three-minute walk away; Caffè della Marina is a five-minute walk away. Olbia Airport is 17 km away and Olbia port is 16 km away. A car is recommended.

Arrival is by self check-in, with remote assistance available until 21:00. Registration and tourist-tax payment are mandatory before access instructions can be received. Waste sorting and daily disposal are mandatory.
