House rules
Guests must separate and dispose of waste; failures are charged at checkout. Document registration and online check-in must be completed before access instructions are supplied. Ferrara tourist tax is payable through the Guest Portal. Air conditioning and heating must comply with Italian regulations: summer average indoor temperatures must not be below 26°C, and winter weighted average temperatures must not exceed 20°C. The published heating schedule for Ferrara climate zone E is up to 13 hours daily from 22 October to 7 April. Non-refundable reservations receive no refund for cancellation, modification or no-show. Standard reservations allow free cancellation until seven days before check-in; after that deadline, cancellation, modification or no-show receives no refund.
Getting there
The apartment is on the ground floor and has no elevator. It is outside Ferrara's restricted-traffic zone. From Ferrara railway station, buses 1, 6 or 9 serve Giovecca Montebello, a 10-minute walk from the apartment. Bologna Marconi Airport is approximately 40 minutes away by car or taxi.
