The house

The apartment overlooks a private internal courtyard and the main entrance street. The living area has a double sofa bed measuring 1.60 × 1.90 m, a smart TV and an air-conditioning unit. The bedroom has a double bed measuring 1.60 × 1.90 m, a bedside table with a lamp, a wardrobe, a smart TV and its own air-conditioning unit.

The bathroom has a shower enclosure, bidet, toilet, washbasin and hairdryer. Unlimited Wi-Fi, independent heating, bed linen, essentials, an iron and ironing board, a drying rack and mosquito screens are provided. An outdoor area has a coffee table, two chairs and a storage room containing a washing machine. Garden access, hot water and a fire extinguisher are also provided.

The apartment is outside the restricted-traffic zone. Via Mayr has bars and restaurants. Free parking is available along Viale Baluardi, at the former MOF site and on Via Carlo Mayr and Via XX Settembre; paid parking is available at Parcheggio Baluardi.

Self check-in is available after mandatory document registration and online check-in. Instructions for registration and payment of Ferrara's tourist tax are sent seven days before arrival. Telephone assistance is available Monday to Saturday from 10:00 to 12:30 and 14:00 to 20:00, and Sunday from 15:00 to 20:00.
