House rules
Standard occupancy is two guests, with a maximum of four. Registration through the Guest Portal is mandatory before access instructions can be received. Instructions for registering identity documents and paying tourist tax are sent seven days before arrival. Air-conditioning and heating use are subject to Italian regulations: summer indoor average temperature must not be below 26°C, and the winter weighted average must not exceed 19°C. The published Turin climate-zone E heating schedule is up to 13 hours daily from 22 October to 7 April. Non-refundable bookings receive no refund for cancellation, modification or no-show. Standard bookings allow free cancellation until seven days before check-in; after that, cancellation, modification or no-show receives no refund.
Getting there
The apartment is on the third floor without an elevator. There is no door between the sleeping and living areas. Porta Nuova station is 500 metres away, approximately six minutes on foot. From Turin Airport, take the bus to To - piazza Carlo felice, approximately seven minutes' walk from the apartment, or travel by car or taxi in approximately 30 minutes. From Porta Susa station, take the metro to Re Umberto, approximately three minutes' walk from the apartment.
