The house

The loft is on the third floor without an elevator. The living area contains a double sofa bed, dining table, TV and balcony access. Its kitchenette has a gas hob, refrigerator with freezer, moka pot, kettle, oven, microwave and cooking utensils. The sleeping area has a double bed; there is no door separating it from the living room. There are two balconies and one bathroom with a shower, bidet, basin and toilet.

A utility cupboard contains a washing machine and dryer. Facilities include unlimited Wi-Fi, heating, one split air-conditioning unit that also works as a heat pump, a hairdryer, drying rack, iron and ironing board. Bed linen, towels, a travel cot, high chair, first-aid kit, fire extinguisher and carbon monoxide detector are provided.

The surrounding Porta Nuova neighbourhood has shops, restaurants and cafés, with railway and metro connections nearby. Self check-in is used, and remote assistance for automated check-in problems is available until 23:00.
