Quiet hours are 22:00–08:00 and 14:00–16:00. Do not leave personal belongings in the communal corridor. Complete the Guest Portal document-registration procedure and pay the tourist tax before arrival; instructions are sent seven days before arrival. Self check-in requires completion of the Guest Portal. Air-conditioning and heating operation is subject to Italian regulations: summer indoor average temperatures must not be below 26°C, and winter weighted-average indoor temperatures must not exceed 19°C. Bologna's climate-zone schedule permits heating for 14 hours daily from 15 October to 15 April. Cot and high-chair rental is subject to availability. Non-refundable bookings receive no refund for cancellation, modification or no-show. Standard bookings allow free cancellation up to seven days before check-in; after that deadline, cancellation, modification or no-show receives no refund.

Getting there

The apartment is on the first floor, reached by stairs with no lift. Both bathrooms have raised shower enclosures. The historic-centre location is within a restricted-traffic zone with additional pedestrian-zone restrictions, and there is no property parking. The nearest parking is Piazza VIII Agosto. Bologna Centrale is a 15-minute walk away. The airport journey is approximately 30 minutes using the Marconi Express to Bologna Centrale followed by a 15-minute walk. Piazza Maggiore is seven minutes away on foot; Basilica di San Petronio and Giardino della Montagnola are nine minutes, the Two Towers ten minutes, and Palazzo Pallavicini fourteen minutes on foot.
