The house

The apartment is on the first floor and is reached by stairs, with no lift. It has a dining area with a kitchenette, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Bedrooms 1 and 2 each have two single beds, a desk and a wardrobe; Bedroom 3 has three single beds and a wardrobe. Both bathrooms have a raised shower enclosure, washbasin, bidet and toilet.

The kitchenette includes an induction hob, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave and cooking utensils. The dining area has a dining table and a small smart TV. Unlimited Wi-Fi and air-conditioning units in the dining area and all bedrooms are provided. Other equipment includes a washing machine, iron, ironing board, drying rack, hairdryer, bed linen and towels. A cot and high chair can be rented subject to availability.

The apartment is in the historic centre's restricted-traffic and pedestrian zone, near shops, cafés, restaurants and public transport. Piazza Maggiore is a seven-minute walk away, and Bologna Centrale station is a 15-minute walk away.
