Complete guest registration and pay the tourist tax before receiving access instructions. Document-registration instructions are sent through the Guest Portal seven days before arrival for statutory guest reporting. Unapproved use of extra linen is charged at €15 per linen kit used. Heating and air conditioning are subject to Italian regulations: the summer average indoor temperature must not be below 26°C, and the winter weighted average must not exceed 19°C. The published Climate Zone C heating schedule is nine hours daily from 22 November to 23 March. Non-refundable bookings receive no refund for cancellation, changes or no-show. Standard bookings allow free cancellation until seven days before check-in; after that, cancellation, changes or no-show receive no refund.
Getting there
First-floor access requires stairs; there is no lift. The entrance and coin-operated washing machine are shared with another apartment. Parking is limited to one uncovered space, suitable for an SUV. Cagliari airport is 13.8 km away. Trains from Elmas Aeroporto serve Decimomannu station, a 12-minute walk from the apartment; an airport taxi journey takes approximately 19 minutes. A car is recommended for exploring the surrounding towns, including Villaspeciosa, Uta, Assemini and Decimoputzu. Villaspeciosa is 7 minutes away by car and Assemini is 24 minutes away by car.
