The house

The first-floor apartment has a bedroom with a queen-size double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and split air conditioning. The living room has a sofa, Smart TV, dining table and chairs, and split air conditioning. The bathroom has a shower, bidet and toilet.

The kitchenette includes a gas hob, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, oven, microwave, toaster, kitchen utensils and wine glasses. Unlimited Wi-Fi, an iron and ironing board, drying rack and hairdryer are available. Heating and cooling are provided only through split air-conditioning units. A coin-operated washing machine and the entrance are shared with another apartment.

The apartment is in the town centre near bars, restaurants, supermarkets and a pharmacy, a short walk from the new Decimomannu care facility. Cagliari airport is 13.8 km away. One uncovered parking space accommodates an SUV. Access is by stairs, with no lift. The apartment can also be booked together with a suite.

Arrival uses self check-in, with remote assistance available until 23:30. Registration and tourist-tax payment are required before access instructions are released.
