Online self-check-in registration is mandatory before receiving key-collection instructions and accessing the apartment. Instructions for document registration through the Guest Portal and payment of the tourist tax are sent seven days before arrival. Key collection through the on-site smart lock is free. Check-in is from 15:00 to 21:00; check-out is by 10:00. Heating and air-conditioning operation must comply with Italian regulations: summer average indoor air temperature must not be below 26°C; winter weighted average indoor air temperature must not exceed 19°C. Siena is in climate zone D, with heating operation stated as up to 11 hours daily from 8 November to 7 April. Non-refundable bookings receive no refund for cancellation, modification or no-show. Standard bookings allow free cancellation until seven days before check-in; thereafter cancellation, modification or no-show receives no refund.
Getting there
Second-floor apartment without an elevator. An internal spiral staircase leads to the sleeping area; take care on the stairs. Parking is limited to one included covered garage space, suitable for an SUV.
