The house

The apartment is on the second floor of a building without an elevator. An internal spiral staircase leads to the sleeping area. Bedroom 1 has a double bed, a single bed and a clothes rail. Bedroom 2 has two single beds, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers.

The living area has a sofa, Smart TV, dining table and chairs, and access to a balcony. The equipped kitchenette includes a refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine, dishwasher, electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, dishes and cutlery. Bed linen, extra pillows and blankets, an ironing board and hot water are provided.

Both bathrooms have a shower, bidet and toilet. Bathroom 1 also has a hairdryer; bathroom 2 has an emergency bell. A washing machine is in the storage room, and a washer/dryer is also included among the amenities. Wi-Fi and independently controlled heating/air conditioning are available. One covered garage parking space suitable for an SUV is included.

Colonna San Marco bus stop connects the area with the historic centre. Piazza del Campo, the National Picture Gallery of Siena and Torre del Mangia are about 22 minutes away on foot; Basilica di San Domenico and Siena Cathedral are about 25 minutes away on foot. Siena railway station is 39 minutes away on foot or approximately 16 minutes by taxi. From Florence’s Amerigo Vespucci Airport, tram or bus connections reach Florence’s central station, followed by a bus to Siena with a stop a few minutes’ walk from the apartment.
