The apartment has a combined living and sleeping area with a sofa, double bed, dining table and wardrobe. The separate kitchen has a gas hob, refrigerator, freezer, oven, toaster, moka pot, kettle, wine glasses and cooking utensils, and opens onto a small balcony. The bathroom has a raised shower enclosure, basin, bidet and toilet.
A split air-conditioning unit serves the living/sleeping area. A washing machine, iron and ironing board, drying rack and hairdryer are provided, along with bed linen, towels, hot water and essentials. Safety equipment includes a fire extinguisher and carbon monoxide detector. There is no Wi-Fi. The apartment is not suitable for guests with disabilities.
Brenta station on metro line M3 is 250 metres away. Fondazione Prada is 20 minutes away on foot or 13 minutes by public transport; the Duomo is 14 minutes, Pinacoteca di Brera 23 minutes, Castello Sforzesco 24 minutes and Arco della Pace 38 minutes by public transport.
