Suitable for two adults and one child up to age 12; standard occupancy is two and maximum occupancy is three. All guests must show identification on arrival. Tourist tax must be paid in cash on arrival. Communicate your arrival time in advance. Late check-in charges are € 25,00, € 30,00 or € 40,00, depending on arrival time. Heating and air-conditioning use must comply with Italian regulations: average indoor temperature must not be below 26°C in summer or above 19°C in winter. For Bologna climate zone E, heating is permitted for 14 hours daily from 15 October to 15 April. Non-refundable reservations receive no refund for cancellation, modification or no-show. Standard reservations allow free cancellation until seven days before check-in; after that, cancellation, modification or no-show receives no refund.
Getting there
The apartment is on the third floor, with six steps to reach the elevator. It is in a ZTL restricted-traffic zone and cannot be reached directly by car. A daily pass must be obtained from Autorimessa San Felice; its parking garage is an eight-minute walk away. From Bologna Centrale, bus 25 serves the Ugo Bassi stop. From the airport, take the Marconi Express to Bologna Centrale and then bus 25 towards Deposito Due Madonne 2 to Ugo Bassi.
