The house

The apartment has a living room with a single sofa bed, dining table, TV and split air conditioning. The bedroom has a double bed, clothes rail, wardrobe, mirror and split air conditioning. The bathroom contains a shower, washbasin, bidet and toilet. An elevator serves the building, with six steps required to reach it.

The kitchenette includes a gas hob, refrigerator, freezer, pod coffee machine, dishwasher, kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, cooking utensils and wine glasses. Facilities include unlimited Wi-Fi, independent heating, a washer-dryer near the bathroom, drying rack, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, bed linen, cable TV, hot water and a carbon monoxide detector. Air conditioning is limited to the living room and bedroom. A highchair is available on request subject to availability; children's beds and cots are available on request.

The apartment is in a restricted-traffic zone, less than 160 metres from Torresotto di Porta Nuova and close to the Church of San Salvatore and the central pedestrian area. Piazza Maggiore and the Basilica of San Petronio are each a five-minute walk away; the Neptune Fountain is a six-minute walk away. Via dell'Indipendenza and the Two Towers are each an eleven-minute walk away. Bologna Fiere is 29 minutes away by public transport. A bar, pharmacy and supermarket are within 200 metres.
