House rules
Check-in is from 15:00 to 21:00. Late check-in is possible until midnight for an additional charge payable in cash on arrival; check-in after midnight is not possible, even for a fee. Check-in from 23:00 to midnight costs EUR 30. Early check-in and late check-out depend on other arrivals and departures and can only be confirmed the day before arrival. Document-registration instructions are sent through the Guest Portal seven days before arrival for the required Italian guest-registration procedure. Follow the waste-disposal instructions explained at check-in; incorrect disposal incurs a € 150 penalty. Air-conditioning and heating operation must comply with Italian regulations: average summer indoor air temperature must not be below 26°C, and the weighted winter average must not exceed 19°C. For Catania’s climate zone B, heating is limited to seven hours daily from 8 December to 23 March. Non-refundable bookings receive no refund for cancellation, changes or no-show. Standard bookings allow free cancellation until seven days before check-in; after that, cancellation, changes and no-show receive no refund.
Getting there
The apartment is on the fifth floor and requires one flight of stairs to reach it. There are two steps into the kitchen and a small step onto the terrace. Street parking is not guaranteed. Duca Abruzzi Leoncavallo bus stop is a one-minute walk away, with bus 530 serving Catania Central Station.
