The house

The apartment occupies the fifth and top floor and is entirely for guests’ exclusive use, with no spaces shared with the host or other tenants. The bedroom has a double bed, TV, wardrobe and split air conditioning. The living room has a single sofa bed, TV, dining table, split air conditioning and terrace access.

The kitchen includes a gas hob, refrigerator, kettle, oven, microwave, cooking utensils and a small table with two stools. The bathroom has a shower, basin and toilet, with no bidet. The terrace has a dining table, outdoor armchairs, loungers and a retractable awning. Bed linen, towels, hot water, a drying rack, hairdryer, iron and ironing board are provided. Heating is supplied by the living-room and bedroom split units.

Viale Vittorio Veneto has cafés, restaurants and shops. The historic centre can be reached on foot or by public transport, and the seafront is nearby. Bus 530 connects Catania Central Station with Duca Abruzzi Leoncavallo, a one-minute walk from the apartment.
