Maximum occupancy is five guests; standard occupancy is two. An armchair bed can be prepared in the living room for the fifth guest. Guest registration is mandatory before access instructions can be issued. Instructions for registering identity documents through the Guest Portal are sent seven days before arrival. Check-in uses automated access, with remote assistance available until 22:00. Tourist tax must be paid. Air conditioning is available only from June 1 to September 30 and is subject to Italian temperature regulations: the summer average indoor temperature must not be below 26°C, and the winter weighted average must not exceed 19°C. For Milan climate zone E, the stated heating schedule is up to 14 hours daily from October 15 to April 15. Non-refundable bookings receive no refund for cancellation, modification or no-show. Standard bookings allow free cancellation until seven days before check-in; after that, cancellation, modification or no-show receives no refund.

Getting there

The apartment is on the sixth floor with a lift. Lodi metro station (line 3) is a 12-minute walk away; Piazza Duomo is four stops from there. Piazza Duomo is approximately 20 minutes away by metro and bus, and Linate Airport approximately 40 minutes by public transport. Centrale railway station is approximately 30 minutes away using bus 90. Fondazione Prada is approximately 20 minutes away. The Duomo, San Babila, Alessandrini Park, Formentano Park, Bagni Misteriosi at Teatro Parenti and Giardini della Guastalla are reachable on foot. Taxi, bike-sharing and car-sharing services are available outside the building.
