The house

The apartment combines Italian 1970s architectural style with recently renovated interiors. The living room opens onto a terrace and has sofas, a smart TV and dining space for five. An armchair bed can be prepared here for the fifth guest. The bedroom has one double bed, a large wardrobe, blackout shades and a desk for remote work; additional storage is available by the entrance.

The separate kitchen opens onto a balcony and includes a Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator, hob, cookware, crockery and cutlery. The renovated bathroom has a shower, washbasin, bidet and toilet. Bed linen, towels, shampoo, a hairdryer, an iron and ironing board, a washing machine and washer/dryer are provided. A first-day welcome kit includes coffee, tea, sugar, soaps and detergents.

Free Wi-Fi advertised as high-speed and Ethernet connectivity are available. Air conditioning is available only from June 1 to September 30. The apartment has independent heating, a fire extinguisher and a carbon monoxide detector. A private garage can be requested. Nearby services include a large supermarket, shops, bars and restaurants. Lodi metro station on line 3 is a 12-minute walk away, followed by four stops to Piazza Duomo. Linate Airport is approximately 40 minutes away by public transport.
