Separate waste daily and place collection bins outside on the scheduled collection days. There are no public waste bins or recycling centres in town; only small quantities of already separated waste may remain indoors. Failure to comply with local waste rules incurs a Euro 150.00 penalty. Guest registration and payment of the tourist tax are mandatory before access instructions can be released. Instructions for completing these steps through the Guest Portal are sent seven days before arrival. Self check-in is used; remote assistance for self-check-in problems is available until 21:00. Unagreed use of extra linen incurs a charge of €20 per linen kit used. Air-conditioning and heating use must comply with Italian regulations: average indoor air temperature must not be below 26°C in summer or above 19°C in winter. The stated Climate Zone C heating schedule is up to nine hours daily from 22 November to 23 March. Non-refundable bookings receive no refund for cancellation, modification or no-show. Standard-rate bookings allow free cancellation until seven days before check-in; after that, cancellation, modification or no-show receives no refund.

Getting there

Stairs are required to reach the first-floor apartment, and there is no lift. The shower enclosure is raised. The waterfront is 250 metres away, a three-minute walk; La Sciumara Beach and Cannigione Beach are each nine minutes away on foot. A car is recommended. Free parking on adjacent streets is not guaranteed. Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport is approximately 30 minutes away by car (30 km), and Olbia railway station is 33 minutes away by car (28 km).
