The house

The apartment occupies the first floor of a building without a lift, in a quiet area near restaurants, bars and a supermarket. It has a living room with a kitchenette, two double bedrooms, one bathroom and a balcony.

The living room includes a dining table, sofa and flat-screen smart TV. The kitchenette has an induction hob, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, moka coffee maker, wine glasses, crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. Each bedroom has one double bed and a wardrobe; the first also has a chest of drawers. The bathroom has a raised shower enclosure, washbasin and bidet.

Unlimited Wi-Fi is available. Air-conditioning split units are in the living room and first bedroom. Other facilities include a washing machine, iron and ironing board, drying rack, hairdryer, hot water, bed linen, towels, a private entrance and a fire extinguisher. A cot is available on request, subject to availability.

The waterfront is a three-minute walk away. La Sciumara Beach and Cannigione Beach are each nine minutes away on foot. Cannigione's marina offers departures for boat trips to the La Maddalena archipelago. Porto Cervo is an 18-minute drive away. A car is recommended; free parking on adjacent streets is not guaranteed.
