Quiet hours are 22:00–08:00. Document registration and online check-in are mandatory before access instructions can be issued. Instructions for document registration and payment of the mandatory Rome tourist tax are sent seven days before arrival; the tax is 6,00 € per person per night. Customer care is available only until 23:30. Air conditioning and heating are subject to Italian regulations: summer average indoor temperatures must not be below 26°C, and the winter weighted average must not exceed 19°C. For Rome’s climate zone D, heating is limited to 11 hours daily from 8 November to 7 April. Non-refundable bookings receive no refund for cancellation, modification or no-show. Standard bookings allow free cancellation until seven days before check-in; after that deadline, cancellation, modification or no-show receives no refund.

Getting there

The ground-floor entrance has a step, and the shower tray is raised. The street entrance door is not soundproofed. Paid parking is on the street or at Garage Autobruzi, a four-minute walk away. A summer nighttime restricted-traffic zone operates from 21:00 to 03:00. Roma Termini and Sapienza University are approximately 20 minutes away on foot. From Termini, routes 5, 14 or 514 serve Labicano / Porta Maggiore, approximately seven minutes’ walk from the apartment. From Fiumicino Airport, take the Leonardo Express to Termini; from Ciampino Airport, take a shuttle bus to Termini, then continue on those routes.
