The house

The living room has a sofa, armchair, dining table, TV, clothes rack and split air conditioning. The kitchenette includes a four-zone induction hob, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, moka pot, electric kettle, kitchen utensils and wine glasses. The bedroom has one double bed, a wardrobe, mirror and split air conditioning. The bathroom has a shower, washbasin, bidet and toilet.

Unlimited Wi-Fi, heat-pump air conditioning, independent heating, bed linen, towels, hot water, a drying rack, iron, ironing board and hairdryer are provided. The washing machine is not working.

The apartment is on one level, but there is a step at the entrance and a raised shower tray. The street entrance door is not soundproofed. San Lorenzo has numerous bars and an active student nightlife. Sapienza University and Roma Termini station are approximately 20 minutes away on foot.

Self check-in is available after mandatory online check-in and document registration. Customer care is available only until 23:30.
