House rules

Sort and dispose of waste daily, placing collection bins outside on the days shown in the collection calendar. Only small quantities of already sorted waste may remain indoors; there are no municipal bins or recycling collection points in town. Failure to follow local waste regulations incurs a Euro 150,00 penalty. Registration and payment of tourist tax are mandatory before access instructions are released. Unagreed use of extra linen incurs a €20 charge per kit used. Air-conditioning operation is subject to Italian regulations; in summer, average indoor air temperature must not be below 26°C. Non-refundable bookings receive no refund for cancellation, modification or no-show. Standard bookings allow free cancellation until seven days before check-in; after that, cancellation, modification or no-show receives no refund.

Getting there

First-floor access is by stairs; there is no elevator. La Pelosa Beach and Stintino town centre are 1.9 km away. La Pelosa Beach is a 25-minute walk or four-minute drive away. Stintino town is a four-minute drive away. Taxi travel from Alghero Airport takes approximately 47 minutes; renting a car at the airport is another option. Parking is limited to one assigned uncovered space, suitable for an SUV. There is no heating.
