The house

The apartment is on the first floor, reached by stairs, with no elevator. Bedroom 2 has a double bed and wardrobe; Bedroom 1 has a bunk bed with two single sleeping places, a separate single bed and a chest of drawers. The living room has a sofa and dining table with chairs. The bathroom has a shower, bidet and toilet, and the terrace is furnished with a table and chairs.

The kitchenette includes an induction hob, refrigerator with freezer, coffee machine, oven, microwave, kettle, dishwasher, cooking utensils and wine glasses. Wi-Fi, a washing machine, hairdryer, drying rack and iron are available. Air conditioning is available with limited bedroom coverage; there is no heating. One assigned uncovered parking space is available on site and accommodates an SUV.

La Pelosa Beach and Stintino town centre are 1.9 km away. La Pelosa is a 25-minute walk or four-minute drive away; Stintino town is a four-minute drive away. Alghero Airport can be reached by taxi in approximately 47 minutes, and car rental is available at the airport.

Self check-in is used, with remote assistance available until 21:00. Registration and payment of tourist tax are mandatory before access instructions are released. Instructions for document registration and tourist-tax payment are sent seven days before arrival. Daily waste sorting and scheduled collection are mandatory; noncompliance incurs a Euro 150,00 penalty. Unagreed use of extra linen costs €20 per kit used.
