House rules

A EUR 50 cash deposit for the keycard and towels is required on arrival. Towels and bath sheets must not be used outside the property. Towels and bed linen are included, with optional changes at an additional charge. The property is not suitable for children under 15. Shared outdoor areas are monitored by security cameras. Seven days before arrival, guests receive instructions to register their documents through the Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax due to the Municipality of Fasano. Late check-in must be arranged directly with the property and incurs a surcharge. Air conditioning and heating are subject to Italian regulation DPR 16/04/2013 no. 74: average indoor temperature must not be below 26°C in summer or above 20°C in winter. Non-refundable bookings receive no refund for cancellation, modification or no-show. Standard bookings allow free cancellation until seven days before check-in; after that, cancellation, modification or no-show receives no refund.

Getting there

One step leads to the independent ground-floor entrance, and three steps lead to the shared pool. The property is not suitable for children under 15. Savelletri beaches and the sea are less than 20 minutes away by car; Zoosafari is five minutes away by car. Bars, a pharmacy and a supermarket are within a ten-minute drive. The apartment is accessible by car and has one uncovered parking space inside the gate. Fasano station is 9 km away, Brindisi Airport 60 km and Bari Airport 130 km.
