The house

The ground-floor apartment has an independent entrance from the garden, reached by one step. The kitchenette includes an induction hob, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine, electric kettle and conventional oven. The living area has a dining table, armchairs, fan-coil air conditioning and a smart TV. The bedroom has a double bed, open wardrobe and fan-coil air conditioning. There is also a small relaxation room with sofas, and one bathroom with a toilet, bidet, whirlpool bathtub and shower enclosure.

At the entrance are a parasol, small table and two chairs. Amenities include unlimited Wi-Fi, fan-coil heating, a safe, hairdryer, drying rack, iron and ironing board. Towels and bed linen are included; optional changes cost extra.

The garden is shared with other guests across the villa. It contains an outdoor pool open from April to October, reached by three steps, plus a hammock, loungers and parasols. A shared patio has tables and chairs, and a relaxation area has sofas. Security cameras monitor the shared outdoor areas. One free uncovered parking space is available inside the property gate.

Zoosafari is five minutes away by car, and the sea and Savelletri beaches are less than 20 minutes away by car. Bars, a pharmacy and a supermarket are within a ten-minute drive. Fasano station is 9 km away, Brindisi Airport is 60 km away and Bari–Karol Wojtyła Airport is 130 km away.
